Yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic friction material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic friction material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, modified resin, rubber powder, friction powder and aramid fiber are added into a high-speed dispersion machine according to the mass parts and mixed for 10-20 min at the speed of 1000-2000 r/min, and a resin mixture is obtained; 2, yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia powder, potassium titanate whiskers, mineral fibers, tin sulfide, surface modified graphite, coke, ferric oxide, calcium hydroxide and barium sulfate are added into a high-speed stirrer according to the mass parts and mixed for 0.5-1.5 h at the speed of 400-500 r/min, then the resin mixture is added, mixing continues for 0.5-1.5 h, and a friction mixture is obtained; and 3, a steel backing is subjected to cleaning, shot blasting and glue brushing treatment, then the steel backing and the friction mixture are put into a brake pad mold, the mold pressing condition is 165-175 DEG C/25-27 Mpa/8-10 min, cooling and demolding are conducted, a brake pad is subjected to aftertreatment in a drying oven, the aftertreatment conditions are 120-140 DEG C/1-2 h, 150-170 DEG C/1-2 h and 180-200 DEG C/1-2 h, the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature, and the yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia ceramic friction material is obtained. The friction material obtained by the invention has more excellent wear resistance and more stable friction performance.
本发明公开一种氧化钇稳定型氧化锆陶瓷摩擦材料及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一,按照质量份数,将改性树脂、橡胶粉、摩擦粉、芳纶纤维加入到高速分散机中,1000‑2000r/min混合10‑20min,得到树脂混合物;步骤二,按照质量份数,将氧化钇稳定型氧化锆粉末、钛酸钾晶须、矿物纤维、硫化锡、表面改性石墨、焦炭、氧化铁、氢氧化钙、硫酸钡加入到高速搅拌机中,400‑500r/min混合0.5‑1.5h,然后加入树脂混合物,继续混合0.5‑1.5h,得到摩擦混合料;步骤三,将钢背进行清洗、抛丸、刷胶处理,然后将钢背和摩擦混合料放入刹车片模具中,模压条件为165‑175oC/25‑27Mpa/8‑10min,冷却脱模,将刹车片在烘箱中进行后处理,后处理条件为120‑140oC/1‑2h,150‑170oC/1‑2h,180‑200oC/1‑2h,降温至常温,得到一种氧化钇稳定型氧化锆陶瓷摩擦材料。通过本发明得到的摩擦材料具有更优异的耐磨性能和更稳定的摩擦性能。
