The invention discloses a novel crossroad which comprises a traffic intersection formed by crossing a main road and an auxiliary road, a road bridge crossing over the auxiliary road is erected on the main road, and a first arc-shaped channel and a second arc-shaped channel which are used for being connected with the auxiliary road are arranged at the positions, at one end of the road bridge, of the two sides of the main road. A third arc-shaped channel and a fourth arc-shaped channel which are used for being connected with the auxiliary road are arranged on the two sides of the main road at the other end of the road bridge; a first arc-shaped connecting channel used for connecting the first arc-shaped channel and the second arc-shaped channel and a second arc-shaped connecting channel used for connecting the third arc-shaped channel and the fourth arc-shaped channel are arranged below the road bridge. The road bridge is low in height, small in occupied area, low in construction cost and suitable for a built or newly-built urban road system, secondary traffic congestion caused by crossroads is avoided, vehicle diversion is effectively improved, and the problem of traffic congestion is solved.
