Prefabricated assembly type asphalt pavement block and manufacturing method thereof
The prefabricated assembly type asphalt pavement block comprises a reinforced fiber layer, a bonding layer and a special asphalt mixture layer which are sequentially laminated and compounded from bottom to top, the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: selecting a pavement with textures as a base for producing the prefabricated assembly type asphalt pavement block, and cleaning; laying a reinforced fiber layer; spreading a bonding layer on the upper part of the reinforced fiber layer, and then paving a special asphalt mixture layer; performing combined rolling; and finally, cutting into the size matched with the damaged pavement. Compared with a common paving and rolling asphalt pavement, the asphalt pavement block provided by the invention can realize factory-like normal-temperature (60-120 DEG C) production, reduces energy consumption, is not limited by time and temperature in the later use process, is free from atrocious weather environment, realizes quick maintenance of a damaged pavement, can meet the functional characteristics of the pavement surface, and meanwhile, layered and classified recycling and reusing can be achieved while durability is achieved, waste of resources is reduced, and great market popularization and application value is achieved.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式沥青路面块,包括:由下至上依次层叠复合的:增强纤维层、粘层和特制沥青混合料层;制备方法,包括以下步骤:选用带有纹理的路面作为预制装配式沥青路面块生产的基底,并清扫干净;铺设增强纤维层;在增强纤维层上部洒布粘层后摊铺特制沥青混合料层;进行组合碾压;最后切割成与破损路面相适应的尺寸。选用本申请的沥青路面块与普通摊铺碾压沥青路面相比,可以实现工厂化常温(60℃~120℃)生产,降低了能耗,而且在后期使用过程不受时间温度限制,无视恶劣气候环境,实现了快速维修破损路面,不仅能够满足路面表面功能特性,而且在经久耐用的同时能够实现分层分类回收再利用,减少了资源的浪费,极具市场推广与应用价值。
