Connecting end structure of UHPC bridge floor prefabricated slab
A connecting end structure of a UHPC bridge deck prefabricated slab mainly solves the technical problem that bridge deck slabs are complex in connection. According to the technical scheme, a joint end of a step-shaped special-shaped structure is arranged on any side or 2-4 side faces of the upper portion of the prefabricated bridge deck slab, namely, the thickness of the joint end is smaller than that of the middle of the prefabricated bridge deck slab, a tooth groove structure is arranged at the joint end, and reinforcing steel bars, extending out of the upper layer, of the prefabricated bridge deck slab in the tooth groove structure are partially wrapped. The tooth groove structure, the joint end and the prefabricated bridge deck slab are a whole formed through one-time cast-in-place. The connecting end structure is mainly used for bridge deck slab joints.
一种UHPC桥面预制板的连接端结构,它主要是解决桥面板连接复杂的技术问题。其技术方案要点是:在预制桥面板上部任意一侧、或者2‑4个侧面设置有台阶状异型结构的接缝端,即接缝端厚度小于预制桥面板中部厚度,在所述接缝端上设有齿槽结构,所述齿槽结构中预制桥面板外伸上层的钢筋呈部份包裹状,齿槽结构、接缝端与预制桥面板是一次现浇成形的整体。它主要是用于桥面板接缝。
