The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) designing and processing, (2) manufacturing the steel member in a factory, (3) positioning and paying off, (4) constructing a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile, (5) connecting the steel column with the cast-in-place pile, (6) connecting the primary beam and the secondary beam, (7) supporting and connecting the columns, (8) welding bridge floor channel steel, (9) installing safety guardrails and man-vehicle separation guardrails, (10) pouring concrete on the bridge floor, (11) installing a car washing platform and corresponding facilities, and (12) checking and accepting the whole steel bridge. According to the construction method, the purpose of simple process is achieved, and meanwhile, a series of problems of environmental pollution, material waste, construction period lag and the like caused by traditional soil slope road construction of outward transportation of foundation pit earthwork are avoided.
