An intelligent parking space management device disclosed by the present invention comprises a base, a control box and a second fixing plate, the top of the base is provided with the control box, the control box is internally provided with a mounting box, the control box is internally provided with a fixing frame, the fixing frame is located on one side of the mounting box, the fixing frame is internally provided with a motor, a controller is installed on one side of the motor, a rotating shaft is connected to the output end of the motor, a lead screw sleeve is connected to one end of the rotating shaft, a lead screw body is movably installed at one end of the lead screw sleeve, a second fixing plate is installed on the lead screw body through a connecting shaft, and a fixing block is installed on the top of the control box. An alarm is installed on the inner wall of one side of the control box, if the device is damaged by a person, the alarm can make a sound to attract the attention of other people, the destroyer cannot continue to damage the device, and therefore the parking space management device can be installed on the parking space more safely.
