The invention discloses a cavity floor slab based on an assembled type overlapped net cage and a construction method. The cavity floor slab comprises reinforcement cage units which are distributed in a crisscross mode, a plurality of square three-dimensional cavities formed by the reinforcement cage units in a surrounding mode, prefabricated bottom plates located at the bottoms in the square three-dimensional cavities, metal net cages located on the prefabricated bottom plates, upper flange reinforcement units located above the reinforcement cage units, and cast-in-place concrete units which wrap the reinforcement cage units and the upper flange reinforcement units and form an integrated structure with the prefabricated bottom plates, wherein the prefabricated bottom plates and the metal net cages are of three-dimensional structures, and prefabricated reinforcement net racks are arranged in the prefabricated bottom plates; and the reinforcement ends of the prefabricated reinforcement net racks stretch into the reinforcement cage units, and meshes of the metal net cages are of a mesh structure formed through stamping forming or stretching forming or stamping and stretching combined forming. The cavity floor slab belongs to a preset assembled type hollow floor slab, formwork erecting is not needed at the bottom of the floor slab, formwork investment and waste are reduced, and the requirements of green and energy-saving buildings are met.
本发明揭示了一种基于装配式叠合网箱的空腔楼板及施工方法,其包括纵横交错分布的钢筋笼单元、由钢筋笼单元围绕形成的若干方形立体腔体、位于方形立体腔体内底部的预制底板、位于预制底板上的金属网箱、位于钢筋笼单元上方的上翼缘钢筋单元、将钢筋笼单元与上翼缘钢筋单元包覆在内的且与预制底板形成一体结构的现浇混凝土单元;预制底板与金属网箱均为立体结构,预制底板内设置有预制钢筋网架;预制钢筋网架的钢筋端部伸入所述钢筋笼单元内,金属网箱的网孔为冲压成型、或拉伸成型、或冲压拉伸组合成型的网孔结构。本发明属于预置装配式空心楼板,楼板底可无需支模,减少模板的投入和浪费,符合绿色节能建筑要求。
