The invention discloses an embedded A-grade fireproof thermal insulation wallboard and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building thermal insulation wallboards. The thermal insulation wallboard comprises a cement wallboard body, vacuum heat insulation boards and carbon fiber connecting parts, wherein the cement wallboard body is an integrated rectangular wallboard body composed of an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, the carbon fiber connecting parts are arranged at the four corners of the inner layer of the wallboard body, and the carbon fiber connecting parts are hung on a building structure to achieve installation and fixation of the wallboard body; and a plurality of trapezoidal through holes which are arranged in parallel in the length direction of the wallboard are formed in the outer layer and the middle layer of the wallboard, the vacuum heat insulation boards are embedded in the trapezoidal through holes, and the vacuum heat insulation boards in the outer layer of the wallboard and the vacuum heat insulation boards in the middle layer of the wallboard are arranged in a staggered mode. The fabricated prefabricated wallboard can be directly used as a wall body, is excellent in A-level fireproof and thermal insulation performance, and integrates the functions of the wall body, thermal insulation, fire prevention, enclosure, water prevention and the like.
