The invention discloses a wall surface overhead system. The wall surface overhead system comprises a wallboard body, a horizontal leveling keel, a plurality of threaded fasteners and a leveling fastener, wherein the horizontal leveling keel is arranged on one side of a wall surface in parallel, the plurality of threaded fasteners are arranged in the horizontal leveling keel in a penetrating manner, each threaded fastener comprises an insertion section and a threaded section which are connected with each other, the insertion section is inserted into the wall body, the threaded sections are installed on the horizontal leveling keel through the leveling fastener, and the wallboard body abuts against the outer side face of the horizontal leveling keel. The wall surface overhead system has the technical effects that the threaded fasteners are adopted to control leveling, so that the working procedures are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved; gaskets can be used for fine leveling; the leveling keel adopted by the system is specially-processed transverse keel and are thinner than keels in the market, so that the manufacturing thickness of the whole system can be reduced, and the waste of indoor area is reduced; and the wallboards are installed in a dry hanging mode, and later replacement and maintenance are facilitated.
