The invention discloses a manual and automatic hopper window. A window body comprises a fixed frame located on the outer side and a movable frame located on the inner side, a hopper window hinge is installed between the fixed frame and the movable frame, an electric window opener capable of being opened manually is installed on the movable frame, a chain of the electric window opener capable of being opened manually is connected with the fixed frame, and the flexible chain drags the movable frame to open and close. A worm wheel and transmission gear releasable device is arranged in the electric window opener capable of being manually opened, and an ejector rod is arranged on the worm wheel and transmission gear releasable device; and a pneumatic unlocking linkage device comprises an air cylinder, an air cylinder piston rod is connected with an inclined pressing block through a connecting rod, the connecting rod is dragged to enable the inclined pressing block to press the ejector rod, and the manual window opening mode is achieved. The manual and automatic parallel outward-pushing window can be electrically opened, closed, locked and unlocked, can be manually opened and closed through a handle, and is suitable for being used in building places needing intelligent fire-fighting electric ventilation and smoke exhaust and can be manually opened in emergency.
