The invention discloses a noise-reduction anti-deformation door plate and a manufacturing process in the technical field of door plates. The manufacturing process comprises the steps that leftover environment-friendly wood is adopted to be manufactured into a single plate with the thickness ranging from 4 mm to 8mm, and the single plate serves as a core plate stock; the noise-reduction hole plates are manufactured; the core plate, the noise-reduction foaming plates, the noise-reduction hole plate stock and the pasting faces of the panels are glued and compounded in sequence to manufacture a multi-layer plate; waterproof paint is brushed, the decoration plates are added, and a door plate stock is formed; the door plate stock, the solid wood side edge stiles, the solid wood transverse edge stiles and the solid wood middle stiles are machined and cut; and the cut door plate body, the cut side edge stiles, the cut transverse edge stiles and the cut middle stiles are aligned and assembled, and a finished product is obtained. The noise-reduction anti-deformation door plate is good in noise-reduction effect, and deformation of the finished product is greatly prevented.
