The self-adjusting regeneration valve is characterized in that the self-adjusting regeneration valve comprises a large valve sleeve, the large valve sleeve is provided with an O-shaped ring groove and an external thread structure, the large valve sleeve can be conveniently assembled on a valve body in a sealed and fastened manner, the front end of the large valve sleeve is fixedly connected with a plug in a sealed manner through threads and an O-shaped sealing ring, and a spring seat is tightly attached to the end face of the plug. A large valve element is arranged in the large valve sleeve, a spring is installed on the spring seat and supported on the end face of the outer circle of the large valve element, a small valve sleeve is arranged at the right end of the large valve sleeve and limited through the end face of the large valve sleeve, the outer circle face of the small valve sleeve is provided with an O-shaped ring groove and a check ring groove, and the small valve sleeve and the large valve sleeve form clearance fit with sealing performance through an O-shaped sealing ring and a check ring; and a small valve element is arranged in the small valve sleeve in a clearance fit manner, the small valve element can push the large valve element to move under the action of hydraulic oil pressure, and regenerated flow is controlled according to the opening degree of a throttling hole.
