The black ceramic pigment comprises a composite doped material Ti<1-x-y>(AB)O , wherein A is at least one selected from Mg, Ca, Sr, Zn, La, Sm, Bi and In, B is at least one selected from Ta, Sn, Nb and Fe, x is more than 0.001 and less than 0.15, and y is more than 0.001 and less than 0.2. The black ceramic pigment further comprises a color former, the color former is at least one metal oxide selected from chromium-containing oxide, tungsten oxide and molybdenum oxide, and the molar ratio of Ti to metal elements in the color former is (20-99): 1. The black zirconia ceramic powder comprises 75-97 parts of yttria-stabilized zirconia and 3-25 parts of the black ceramic pigment. The black zirconia ceramic with pure color, uniform color and good color controllability can be obtained.
