Multifunctional track detection vehicle
The invention discloses a multifunctional track detection vehicle. The track detection vehicle comprises a walking trolley, a track gauge measuring ruler, an superelevation detector, a first prism measuring device, a second prism measuring device and a third prism measuring device, wherein a frame of the walking trolley is of a T-shaped structure and comprises a cross beam and a longitudinal beam, the track gauge measuring ruler is located between a left steel rail and a right steel rail and connected with the cross beam, the track gauge measuring ruler is used for measuring the distance between the inner side of the left rail and the inner side of the right rail; the superelevation detector is mounted on the cross beam and is used for measuring the elevation of a rail surface; the first prism measuring device is installed in the dead center of the track gauge measuring ruler and used for measuring the line center; the second prism measuring device is installed on the longitudinal beam and used for measuring the standard gauge; the third prism measuring device is installed on the longitudinal beam and used for measuring the center of the steel rail; an ultrahigh prism bar is arranged on the portion, over the nylon wheel, of the cross beam, and an ultrahigh prism is installed on the ultrahigh prism bar. The track detection vehicle has advantages of high measurement precision, high working efficiency and low cost.
