Resonance rubblization process for old cement concrete pavement
The invention discloses the resonance rubblization process for an old cement concrete pavement. The process comprises the following steps of resonance crushing construction, arrangement of a crushing layer, watering and rolling of the crushing layer, leveling of the crushing layer, construction of a prime coat, construction of a synchronous crushed stone sealing layer and standard inspection. The process is advantaged in that the old cement concrete pavement is treated by adopting resonance rubblization equipment, mechanical high-frequency vibration waves are transmitted into the old cement concrete to generate resonance through a resonance principle, so that the interior of a cement board is subjected to shear fission and crushed into fragments with small particle sizes, an original base layer is not damaged, and the old cement concrete pavement is directly used as the base layer after being rolled by a road roller; the pavement structure is optimized, a rigid surface layer is changed into a flexible surface layer, emission cracks are reduced, repeated repair is avoided, and the service life of a road is prolonged.
