The structure comprises a foundation layer, wherein a gravel layer, a fine sand layer and a pervious concrete layer are sequentially laid on the foundation layer from bottom to top, and the pervious concrete layer is provided with a polyurethane coating layer; the polyurethane coating layer is provided with anti-skid protrusions, and the anti-skid protrusions are in a hemispherical shape; a curb is arranged on the polyurethane coating, and a water outlet hole is formed in the curb. The pavement structure can effectively solve problems that municipal and garden landscape engineering pavements are poor in water permeability, rainwater is not easy to absorb, store, seep, relieve and recycle, brick pavements are easy to deform and unsmooth and easy to fade, plastics are tasteful and poor in durability and the like, the municipal and garden landscape engineering pavements are beautified, rainwater runoff is effectively controlled, natural accumulation, natural permeation and natural purification are achieved, urban water ecology can be restored, water resources can be conserved, the urban waterlogging prevention capacity is enhanced, and the pressure of a municipal drainage system is relieved.
