The invention relates to a traffic marker line marking device for roads and bridges; a feeding hopper is arranged at the top of a storage box at the top of a base, a first motor is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of a power box at the top of the storage box, and bevel gears are fixedly connected to a stirring shaft rotationally connected to the top of the power box and an output shaft of the first motor; the stirring shaft is fixedly connected with a plurality of stirring rods, the input end of an infusion pump on the top of the base extends into the storage box and is fixedly connected with one side of the storage box in a sealed mode, the bottom of the base is fixedly connected with a marking nozzle, and the output end of the infusion pump penetrates through the base and is fixedly connected with the top of the marking nozzle in a sealed mode; a rotating shaft is fixedly connected to an output shaft, fixedly connected with a second motor, of an adjusting assembly on the top of the base, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft extends to the position below the bottom of the base and is fixedly connected with a cleaning brush. The problems that a coating in an existing marking device is easy to deposit and block a pipeline, and meanwhile, dust on the ground in the marking process enables the coating not to be well attached to the ground are solved.
