Construction method for positively hoisting and positively hanging arch rib sections of steel tube basket arch bridge
The invention provides a construction method for forward hoisting and forward hanging of arch rib sections of a steel pipe basket arch bridge. The construction method comprises the following steps: s1, installing the first arch rib section; s2, determining a cable saddle pre-fixing point of the cable saddle at the top of the tower by taking the joint end of the installed arch rib section as a reference; s3, fixing the two cable saddles to the cable saddle pre-fixing points, and tensioning the main cable to form a hoisting straight line, wherein the hoisting straight line passes through the joint end of the installed arch rib section and the two cable saddles; s4, hoisting the pre-installed arch rib sections to the joint ends of the installed arch rib sections through a cable system; s5, connecting the pre-installed arch rib sections and the installed arch rib sections through connector flanges; and S6, further accurately adjusting the arch rib elevation of the pre-installed arch rib section and the axis of the pre-installed arch rib section. According to the invention, the on-site construction condition and the construction environment adaptability of the tower are high, the steel consumption is reduced, cable saddle torsion can be avoided, and therefore the stability of the hoisting rope in the running process is guaranteed, and the construction safety is improved.
