An intelligent unmanned aerial vehicle fixed hangar recycling and warehousing system is composed of an airport, a hangar, a telescopic parking apron, an AGV robot trolley, an operation robot and an intelligent control command system. The airport is provided with an unmanned aerial vehicle runway for unmanned aerial vehicles to go up and down; and the hangar is arranged on one side of the airport and used for parking of the unmanned aerial vehicles. The AGV robot trolley is parked on the airport, after a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle lands on the airport runway, the AGV robot trolley automatically finds a target unmanned aerial vehicle through positioning information and drags the target unmanned aerial vehicle to the parking apron extending out of the front of the parallel-arrangement type hangar, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is collected and put in storage through the telescopic parking apron. The operation robot is parked near the hangar, and after the unmanned aerial vehicle is put in storage, the operation robot performs cleaning and disinfection, detection and charging, sampling specimen collection, cargo loading and unloading and airborne equipment replacement work on a fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
