The moving rod is controlled to rotate through rotation of the motor, so that the poke rod pokes the file placing box to rotate around the polygonal cylinder; the types of placed files are distinguished according to the classification label paper inserted in label groove boxes, so that the taking and placing of the files are convenient; and the moving wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the device, so that the device is convenient to move.
