The invention relates to a college student archive data management device. The device comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door; the cabinet body and the cabinet door are locked through a locking mechanism; the middle of the inner side of the cabinet body is fixedly connected with a middle partition plate; the middle of the inner side of an upper placing layer and the middle of the inner side of a lower placing layer are fixedly connected with a hollow polygonal cylinder through bolts; and a motor is arranged in the polygonal cylinder; an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with a moving rod; the other end of the moving rod is vertically and fixedly connected with a poke rod; the lower portion of the side face of the polygonal cylinder is fixedly connected with a polygonal supporting plate; the upper surface of the polygonal supporting plate is slidably connected with a file containing box; the two sides of the bottom end of the cabinet body are fixedly connected with moving wheels; and brake mechanisms are arranged on the side surfaces of the moving wheels. The moving rod is controlled to rotate through rotation of the motor, so that the poke rod pokes the file placing box to rotate around the polygonal cylinder; the types of placed files are distinguished according to the classification label paper inserted in label groove boxes, so that the taking and placing of the files are convenient; and the moving wheels are arranged at the bottom end of the device, so that the device is convenient to move.
