Combined bridge structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a combined bridge structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a bearing steel beam, of which the upper part is provided with a bearing flange, wherein the bearing flange comprises obliquely-arranged two middle sections and straight sectiond, the lower sides of the two middle sections being connected together, a first pouring space being formed between the upper surfaces of the two middle sections, and the two straight sections being connected to the upper sides of the two middle sections correspondingly and arranged on the outer side of the pouring space; a plurality of shear studs respectively and vertically arranged on the upper surfaces of the two middle sections; a plurality of prefabricated bridge deck slabs with uniform cross sections, wherein the prefabricated bridge deck slabs are laid on the two straight sections, and a second pouring space communicating with the first pouring space is formed between every two adjacent prefabricated bridge deck slabs; and a post-cast strip, wherein post-pouring concrete is poured in the first pouring space and the second pouring space, and the post-pouring concrete wraps the multiple shear studs to form the post-cast strip in a consolidation mode. The problems that a variable-section prefabricated bridge deck is adopted in a traditional composite beam bridge, the prefabrication work amount of the bridge deck is increased, and the bridge deck is prone to being damaged in the hoisting and transporting process are solved.
本发明公开了一种组合桥梁结构及其施工方法,该结构包括:支承钢梁,其上部形成有承托翼缘,承托翼缘包括斜向设置的两中间段和平直段,两中间段的下侧连接在一起且两中间段的上表面之间形成第一浇筑空间,两平直段分别连接于两中间段的上侧且设置于浇筑空间的外侧;多根剪力栓钉,分别垂直设于两中间段的上表面上;等截面的多块预制桥面板,铺设于两平直段,相邻的两预制桥面板之间形成连通于第一浇筑空间的第二浇筑空间;以及后浇带,第一浇筑空间和第二浇筑空间中浇筑有后浇混凝土,后浇混凝土包覆于多根剪力栓钉以固结形成后浇带。本发明解决了传统组合梁桥采用变截面预制桥面板,增加了桥面板预制的工程量且吊装运输过程中易受损的问题。
