A group of transverse worm wheels which are in threaded connection with the worms are arranged in the middle of the interior of the worm wheel cavities, adjusting rods which vertically penetrate through the tops of the worm wheel cavities are upwards connected to the middles of the worm wheels, and a plurality of groups of LED fonts for displaying warning slogans are fixedly installed on the front side wall of the display board; a group of heating plates which are in direct contact with the LED fonts are fixedly mounted in the display board on the inner sides of the LED fonts, and the heating plates are electrically connected with a battery pack.
