Construction method for high-speed deep stirring
The invention discloses a construction method for high-speed deep stirring, and belongs to the field of pile foundation technical engineering. A curing material conveying module, a curing material slurry preparation module, a resistance reducing material preparation module, a defoaming material preparation module and a drilling machine are combined. The large-diameter deep construction method is realized by the following steps of preparing stirring construction; stirring and drilling construction; pile bottom re-stirring construction; stirring and drill lifting construction; and when a stirring drill bit is lifted to the ground, completing stirring operation, and finishing construction. According to the construction method for high-speed deep stirring, resistance in the drilling process is reduced by adopting bubbles of a resistance reducing material in the drilling process, a defoaming material is doped in the drilling lifting process, meanwhile, the doping amount and the doping form of a curing material in the drilling process and the drilling lifting process are changed, the rotating speed in the drilling process and the rotating speed in the drilling lifting process are changed, and deep mixing pile construction is achieved.
本发明公开了一种高速深层搅拌的施工方法,属于桩基技术工程领域,采用固化材料输送模块、固化材料浆液制备模块、降阻材料制备模块、消泡材料制备模块、钻机相结合,用如下步骤实现大直径深层的施工方法:搅拌施工准备;搅拌下钻施工;桩底复搅施工;搅拌提钻施工;搅拌钻头提升至地面时,完成搅拌作业,施工结束。本发明中,通过下钻过程中采用降阻材料气泡对下钻过程中的阻力进行降低,在提钻过程中掺加消泡材料,同时,改变固化材料在下钻过程和提钻过程中的掺量及掺入形式,并改变下钻和提钻过程中的转速,实现深层搅拌桩施工。
