A multi-shaft cement soil stirring pile is arranged on a foundation, a prefabricated pile is arranged in the multi-shaft cement soil stirring pile, a cushion layer is arranged at the top of the multi-shaft cement soil stirring pile, a bearing platform is arranged at the top of the cushion layer, the prefabricated pile penetrates through the cushion layer and is embedded into the bearing platform, and a steel reinforcement cage is arranged between the prefabricated pile and the bearing platform. The multi-shaft cement soil stirring pile serves as a pile periphery transition flexible pile body of the prefabricated pile, the pile side friction resistance of the prefabricated pile is increased, the strength of a pile body material of the prefabricated pile is fully exerted, and the soil squeezing effect on the site foundation is reduced; and the inner core prefabricated pile is high in single-pile bearing capacity and high in construction efficiency, and the defect that a traditional cement soil stirring pile is low in pile body strength is overcome. The multi-shaft stirring stiff composite pile fully exerts the coordinated composite effect of foundation soil, the cement soil stirring pile and the prefabricated pile, has the advantages of being good in stress performance, high in bearing capacity, stable in quality and high in construction efficiency, and is good in economic benefit and wide in application prospect.
