Screw pile with multi-blade pile tip
The invention discloses a screw pile with a multi-blade pile tip. The pile comprises a hollow pile body, one end of the pile body is connected with a driving device, the other end of the pile body is provided with the pile tip, the pile tip is provided with at least two tooth tips which extend out in the axial direction and are equal in height, and the tooth tips are evenly distributed in the radial direction of the pile body. According to the pile, at least two tooth tips extend out of the pile tip of the pile body, so that in the drilling process, when the end of the pile body advances and encounters stones, the end of the pile body has multiple contact points with the stones, the stability of the pile body is improved, and the effect of preventing the pile tip from inclining is achieved; the stones can be extruded out of the advancing path of the pile tip by utilizing the shearing force of the multiple contact points with the stones; meanwhile, the cutting-in angle of the pile tip can be reduced, so that the resistance borne by the pile body is reduced, and the torque required by drilling of the pile body can be effectively reduced; and in addition, the tooth tips are uniformly distributed in the radial direction of the pile body, so that when the pile tip advances, the tooth tips are subjected to the action of balanced force, and the stability and durability of the tooth tips are further enhanced.
本发明公开了一种带有多刃型桩尖的螺旋桩,包括中空状的桩柱本体,桩柱本体的一端与驱动装置相连,另一端为桩尖,桩尖设有至少两个沿轴向伸出且等高的齿尖,齿尖均匀分布在桩柱本体的径向。采用本发明,由于桩柱本体的桩尖伸出有至少两个齿尖,因而在钻进过程中,桩柱本体端部行进遇到石块时,与石块有多个接触点,增大了桩柱本体的稳定性,起到防止桩尖倾斜的作用,也能利用与石块间多个接触点的剪切力将石块挤出桩尖的行进路径;同时该种桩尖可减小切入角度,使桩柱本体受到的阻力降低,能有效减少桩体钻动所需扭矩;加上齿尖均匀分布在桩柱本体的径向,使得桩尖的行进时,齿尖受到均衡的力的作用,进一步增强齿尖的稳定性和耐用性。
