The invention discloses a flexibly-connected waterproof structure for a horizontal deformation joint of a side wall, and belongs to the technical field of underground structure engineering. The flexibly-connected waterproof structure comprises a sealant, a PE foam rod, a deformation joint liner plate, a maintainable grouting pipe, a middle-buried water stop belt, a template, an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer elastic sealing gasket, a back-mounted rubber water stop belt, a waterproof reinforcing layer, a waterproof layer and a cement mortar leveling layer, wherein the middle-buried water stop belt comprises convex rubber and a hot-dip galvanized steel edge. According to the flexibly-connected waterproof structure disclosed by the invention, the sealant, the PE foam rod, the deformation joint liner plate, the middle convex part of the middle-buried water stop belt, the template and the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer elastic sealing gasket are capable of completely separating the side walls of an upper structure and a lower structure, so that flexible connection is formed between the upper structure and the lower structure. The flexibly-connected waterproof structure disclosed by the invention is good in waterproof effect; and the arrangement of the sealant, the PE foam rod, the middle-buried water stop belt, the back-mounted rubber water stop belt, the waterproof reinforcing layer and the waterproof layer is capable of ensuring the waterproof quality of the deformation joint, and capable of greatly realizing the requirement of disconnecting the underground structure from the side wall of the upper structure.
