The invention discloses a lap joint structure of a laminated prefabricated shear wallboard. The lap joint structure is characterized in that a vertical lap joint groove is reserved in the lower portion of a double-side laminated board of the laminated prefabricated shear wallboard, lap joint steel bars of the laminated prefabricated shear wallboard on the lower portion are inserted into the groove, a reinforcing mesh is embedded in the lower section of the double-side laminated board, the reinforcing mesh is located on the outer side of load-bearing steel bars of the double-side laminated board, the reinforcing mesh is transversely arranged, and the height of the reinforcing mesh is larger than that of the grooves; and the reinforcing mesh is pre-embedded in the laminated board on one side of the upper section of the laminated prefabricated shear wallboard, is positioned on the outer side of the load-bearing steel bars, and is transversely arranged. By using the reinforcing mesh, the material cost and the labor cost are saved, the construction is convenient and rapid, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, and the connection strength and the safety of the upper and lower laminated prefabricated shear wallboard are also enhanced; and it is guaranteed that the laminated prefabricated shear wallboard is not damaged during transportation and pouring.
