Wear-resistant composite multilayer steel building formwork
The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering, and particularly relates to a wear-resistant composite multilayer steel building formwork. The wear-resistant composite multilayer steel building formwork comprises a formwork panel, wherein the formwork panel comprises a wear-resistant plate, an anti-corrosion plate and a waterproof plate; the anti-corrosion plate is positioned below the wear-resistant plate; the waterproof plate is of a concentric-square-shaped structure; the waterproof plate wraps the outer sides of the wear-resistant plate and the anti-corrosion plate; the bottom of the anti-corrosion plate is fixedly connected with a #-shaped reinforcing rib; the anti-corrosion plate can be vinyl ester resin which is modified epoxy resin obtained by reacting bisphenol or phenolic epoxy resin with methacrylic acid; and the waterproof plate can be made of a synthetic resin material. By arranging an anti-collision reinforcing mechanism, the formwork can be effectively and well protected when being subjected to impact force or cold and hot change, and the parts subjected to the impact force are buffered one by one, so that the buffering effect is better; under the condition of being subjected to the impact force, the formwork can effectively play a role in protection, and the service life can be prolonged.
