The invention discloses an intelligent three-dimensional parking system based on mobile phone remote control, and belongs to the field of intelligent parking. N parking spaces exist originally, 2N-1 vehicle supporting plates are installed and comprise N up-down moving vehicle supporting plates and N-1 left-right moving vehicle supporting plates, and thus 2N-1 vehicles can be parked; lead screws penetrate through the four corners of each up-down moving vehicle supporting plate through tapped lead screw holes, the upper ends of the lead screws are coaxial with stepping motors, lead screw bearings are fixed to the lower ends of the lead screws, and the stepping motors drive the lead screws to rotate to drive the up-down moving vehicle supporting plate to move up and down; four rolling wheel sets are fixed below each left-right moving vehicle supporting plate and roll on a track through rubber rolling wheels, a motor is fixed right below the left-right moving vehicle supporting plate, and the motor drives gears to meshed with a tooth track to drive the left-right moving vehicle supporting plate to move left and right. A user can press a "parking" button or a "vehicle picking up" button through a mobile phone, a controller sends out information, and a driver drives a voice module to prompt, and thus a voice prompt is given to prompt that an empty parking space is ready or a vehicle can be picked up; and the mobile phone remote control is time-saving and convenient.
