Intelligent door lock based on sheave transmission
The invention provides an intelligent door lock based on sheave transmission. The intelligent door lock comprises a lock body shell, a sheave transmission assembly, a linkage spring bolt assembly, an inclined spring bolt assembly, a motor and a control circuit board, wherein the sheave transmission assembly comprises a gear connected with the output end of the motor, a driving pin wheel internally meshed with the gear, and a driven sheave externally meshed with the driving pin wheel; and the linkage spring bolt assembly comprises a linkage spring bolt and a transmission piece integrally installed with the linkage spring bolt, and the transmission piece is in sliding fit with the driven sheave so as to drive the linkage spring bolt to stretch out and draw back. The inclined spring bolt assembly comprises an inclined spring bolt and an inclined spring bolt transmission device, and the inclined spring bolt transmission device is driven by the driving pin wheel so as to drive the inclined spring bolt to stretch out and draw back. The control circuit board is connected with the motor and used for controlling the motor to work when the control circuit board receives an unlocking or locking signal. A sheave transmission manner is adopted in the door lock, the structure is compact, assembling is convenient, mechanical safety is high, a mechanical unlocking manner is provided, and double guarantees are provided.
本发明提供一种基于槽轮传动的智能门锁,包括锁体壳、槽轮传动组件、联动锁舌组件、斜锁舌组件、电动机和控制电路板;其中,槽轮传动组件包括与电动机输出端相连的齿轮、与齿轮内啮合的主动销轮、与主动销轮外啮合的从动槽轮;联动锁舌组件包括联动锁舌和与联动锁舌一体安装的传动片,传动片与从动槽轮滑动配合,进而带动联动锁舌伸缩;斜锁舌组件包括斜锁舌和斜锁舌传动装置,斜锁舌传动装置通过所述主动销轮驱动,进而带动斜锁舌伸缩;控制电路板与电动机相连,用于当控制电路板接收到开锁或关锁信号时,控制电动机工作。本发明采用槽轮传动方式,结构紧凑,方便装配,机械安全性高,备有机械开锁方式,提供双重保障。
