The invention discloses an aluminum-plastic door. The aluminum-plastic door comprises a door body and a frame body fixed to the circumferential direction of the door body, wherein the door body can be overturned around a door frame on the right side. The aluminum-plastic door further comprises a circular mounting hole which is formed in the left side of the front end of the frame body and penetrates through the front and back, wherein an elastic telescopic mechanism is mounted in the mounting hole, the telescopic mechanism extends out of the frame body in the movement direction when the door body is closed, and the telescopic mechanism can be buffered and retracted into the mounting hole when impacting the door frame. When the door is closed, a buffer block on the frame body can make contact with the door frame to conduct first-level buffering, meanwhile, a spring is extruded, the spring achieves second-level buffering, the impact force between the frame body and the door frame is relieved, and thus noise is relieved. A rotating block is rotated, thus the buffer block can stretch out and draw back in a supporting piece, the buffering effect is changed, and flexible using is achieved.
