The invention relates to a dustproof door structure for a dust-free workshop. The dustproof door structure comprises a door body and a dust blocking assembly, wherein an installation groove is formed in the door body; a throat part is formed at the position of a groove opening of the installation groove; the dust blocking assembly comprises a head part, a dust blocking strip extending from the head part, and a reset component arranged between the head part and the groove bottom of the installation groove; the head part is arranged between the groove bottom of the installation groove and the throat part in a floating manner; the head part comprises an installation plate; the dust blocking strip comprises a plurality of dust blocking brushes which are sequentially and tightly arranged; the outer ends of the dust blocking brushes stretch out of the door body; the dust blocking brushes are hinged and installed to the installation plate through hinge shafts; and the reset component abuts against the position between the installation plate and the groove bottom. According to the structure, the dust blocking brushes which are tightly arranged are adopted for achieving dust prevention, the brushes can deflect along with movement of the door body, and the phenomena of jamming and serious abrasion are avoided.
本发明涉及一种无尘车间用防尘门结构，包括门体及挡灰组件，门体上设置有安装槽，安装槽的槽口处形成喉部，挡灰组件包括头部和从头部延伸设置的挡灰条以及设置在头部与安装槽的槽底之间的复位部件，头部浮动设置在安装槽的槽底与喉部之间，头部包括安装板，挡灰条包括依次紧密排列的多束挡灰毛刷，挡灰毛刷的外端伸出门体之外，挡灰毛刷分别通过铰接轴铰接安装在安装板上，复位部件抵紧在安装板与槽底之间。该结构采用紧密排列的挡灰毛刷实现防尘，并且毛刷能够随着门体的移动而发生偏转，避免发生卡死及严重磨损的现象。
