The invention discloses a pedal belt extension ladder device which comprises an upper extension ladder and a lower extension ladder; the upper extension ladder is arranged above the lower extension ladder in a sliding mode; the outer side of one end of the upper extension ladder and the outer side of one end of the lower extension ladder are fixedly connected with a first angle aluminum sheet and a second angle aluminum sheet through stainless steel screws correspondingly; the lower part of the first angle aluminum sheet protrudes to the lower extension ladder; the upper part of the second angle aluminum sheet protrudes to the upper extension ladder; the side surfaces of the first angle aluminum sheet and the second angle aluminum sheet are mutually limited and clamped; an insertion hole is formed in the upper extension ladder; a pin column is inserted into the insertion hole; and a spring sleeves a position, above a convex ring, of the pin column. According to an extension ladder anti-falling device, the extension ladders are prevented from falling off by adopting a simple structure, the extension ladders can be positioned and fixed, the extension ladders can be extended and shortened according to different requirements, then the extension ladders are positioned and fixed through a positioning device, and the positioning device can be pulled up when the extension ladders need to be moved.
