The invention discloses a sealing type fan filter unit. The unit comprises a box body, two storage mechanisms and a dustproof mechanism, the two storage mechanisms are located on the two sides of the front surface of the box body, each storage mechanism comprises a baffle, a gear is arranged on one side of the bottom end of each baffle, the lower surface of each gear is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft A, the other end of each rotating shaft A is fixedly connected with a bevel gear A, the front surface of each bevel gear A is in meshed connection with a bevel gear B, and the front surface of each bevel gear B is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft B. By the aid of the baffles, rotating blocks, the bevel gears A, the rotating shafts B and racks which are designed and mounted on the two sides of the front surface of the box body, a handle can be conveniently stored, the situation that use of the device by a worker is hindered due to the fact that the handle occupies too much space is prevented, the attractiveness of the device is improved, and all that is required is to rotating the rotating blocks to open the baffles when the handle needs to be used.
