The invention relates to the field of file storage, and particularly discloses an intelligent archiving system for legal documents. The system comprises a storage cabinet, a plurality of storage cavities are formed in the storage cabinet, a plurality of sealing units are sequentially distributed on the storage cabinet in the horizontal direction, each sealing unit comprises a cabinet door, a push rod and a first pushing piece, the cabinet doors are vertically arranged and used for sealing the storage cavities, the first pushing pieces are fixed to the storage cabinet, the push rods are horizontally connected with the first pushing pieces, the first pushing piece is used for pushing the push rod to slide in the horizontal direction, and the cabinet door is hinged to the push rod. A moving unit is arranged between the cabinet door and the storage cabinet and comprises a moving frame, a guide groove extending in the horizontal direction is formed in the cabinet door, a guide block is fixed in the guide groove and extends in the length direction of the guide groove, a clamping block in sliding connection with the guide block is fixed to the moving frame, and the vertical section of the clamping block is in an L shape. According to the invention, the legal documents can be conveniently moved, so that the workload of carrying and re-homing is reduced.
