Processing technology of sandwich sound insulation glass
The invention relates to a processing technology of sandwich sound insulation glass. The problem that sound insulation glass is poor in sound insulation effect is solved. The method includes the following steps: cutting a to-be-processed glass sheet; cleaning and drying the to-be-processed glass sheet; coating two surfaces of the dried to-be-processed glass sheet with phenolic resin to obtain the glass sheet; for the first surface of the raw glass sheet, laminating a PMI foam board through an adhesive onto the raw glass sheet, and for the surface, which is not glued with the raw glass sheet, of the PMI foam board, gluing the dried raw glass sheet to be processed with the surface, which is not glued with the raw glass sheet, of the PMI foam board; carrying out lamination treatment on the second surface of the raw glass sheet aiming at the non-exhaust hole position to obtain laminated glass; vacuumizing the air interlayer; filling argon into the vacuumized air interlayer through an air exhaust hole and sealing the air exhaust hole; and cooling the sealed raw glass sheet to 30-45 DEG C, and after the temperature is reduced to 30-45 DEG C, cooling the glass sheet to normal temperature to obtain the sandwich sound insulation glass.
