Enhanced vertical buried pipe ground source heat pump drilling backfill material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an enhanced vertical buried pipe ground source heat pump drilling backfill material and a preparation method thereof, the backfill material comprises the following components: sodium bentonite, standard sand, carbon fiber powder and degassing water, the mass ratio of the sodium bentonite to the standard sand to the degassing water is 1: (1.8-2.2): (0.9-1.1), the mass of the carbon fiber powder is 0.9%-1.1% of the total mass of the sodium bentonite, the standard sand and the degassing water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) fully mixing the sodium bentonite, the standard sand and the carbon fiber powder, then adding the degassing water, and stirring; and 2) vacuumizing and performing standing at constant temperature in sequence. Compared with the prior art, the bentonite-based backfill material composite slurry is prepared by adding the carbon fiber powder on the basis of an original bentonite-based backfill material, has a relatively high heat conductivity coefficient, and can improve the heat exchange efficiency of an underground heat exchanger of a vertical buried pipe ground source heat pump; the backfill material composite slurry is easy and convenient to manufacture, environmentally friendly and suitable for site construction.
本发明涉及一种增强型垂直埋管地源热泵钻孔回填材料及其制备方法,回填材料包括以下组分:钠基膨润土、标准砂、碳纤维粉末及除气水,钠基膨润土、标准砂与除气水的质量比为1:(1.8‑2.2):(0.9‑1.1),碳纤维粉末的质量为钠基膨润土、标准砂与除气水总质量的0.9%‑1.1%;制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将钠基膨润土、标准砂及碳纤维粉末充分混合,之后加入除气水并进行搅拌;2)依次进行抽真空、恒温静置。与现有技术相比,本发明在原有膨润土基回填材料的基础上,通过添加碳纤维粉末制备得到一种膨润土基回填材料复合浆液,具有较高的导热系数,能够提高垂直埋管地源热泵地下换热器的换热效率;回填材料复合浆液制作简便,绿色环保,适于现场施工。
