Method for uniformly doping nanoparticles in high-temperature superconducting material
The invention relates to a method for uniformly doping nano-particles in a high-temperature superconducting material, which comprises the following steps of: (1) putting ethylene glycol into a glass container, preheating in a constant-temperature water bath or oil bath at 70-100 DEG C, pouring citric acid into the ethylene glycol in the water bath or oil bath, stirring the mixture until the ethylene glycol and the citric acid are completely dissolved with each other, pouring the nano-particles into a mixture of ethylene glycol and citric acid in a water bath or an oil bath, and continuously stirring the mixture uniformly; (2) pouring the mixture into a curing mold; (3) after the mixture is completely solidified, taking out the mixture, crushing the mixture by a crusher, uniformly mixing the crushed powder with a certain proportion of single-phase high-temperature superconductor powder, and pressing the mixture into blocks; (4) putting the block into a heat treatment furnace, preserving heat for several hours, and cooling to room temperature; and (5) taking out the block, putting the block back into a heat treatment furnace, and carrying out heat treatment for a certain time at the sintering temperature of the high-temperature superconductor, so that the high-temperature superconductor is uniformly mixed with the nanoparticles, and the high-temperature superconductor is still a single-phase high-temperature superconductor. The method is simple and convenient to operate, high in efficiency and good in controllability.
本发明是在高温超导材料中均匀地掺杂纳米颗粒的方法,步骤为:(1)将乙二醇放入玻璃容器中在70‑100℃恒温水浴或油浴中预热后,往水浴或油浴中的乙二醇倒入柠檬酸并搅拌达到完全互溶,再往水浴或油浴中的乙二醇和柠檬酸混合物倒入纳米颗粒持续搅拌达到均匀混合;(2)将混合物倒进固化模中;(3)等混合物完全固化后取出,用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎的粉末与一定比例的单相高温超导体粉末均匀混合,再压成块体;(4)将块体放进热处理炉保温数个小时后冷却到室温;(5)取出块体后放回热处理炉在高温超导体烧结温度下热处理一定的时间,达到高温超导体与纳米颗粒均匀混合,并且高温超导体仍是单相高温超导体。本发明操作简单方便,效率高,可控性好。
