Corrosion-resistant thermal insulation ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic materials, in particular to a corrosion-resistant thermal-insulation ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The corrosion-resistant thermal-insulation ceramic material is prepared from, by weight, 50 parts of barium titanate, 15 parts of copper calcium titanate, 8 parts of far infrared ceramic powder, 8 parts of nanometer titania, 6 parts of sodium silicate and 0.5 part of polyethylene glycol; the preparation method of the corrosion-resistant thermal-insulation ceramic material comprises the following steps: step 1, uniformly mixing the raw materials; 2, heating and extruding the mixture obtained in the step 1 into a ceramic green body; and 3, sintering the ceramic green body, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the corrosion-resistant thermal-insulation ceramic material. The invention further relates to a preparation device of the corrosion-resistant thermal-insulation ceramic material in the preparation method of the corrosion-resistant thermal-insulation ceramic material. The preparation device for the corrosion-resistant thermal insulation ceramic material comprises a calcining box body, a bearing frame, a transmission mechanism, a shifting mechanism, a control mechanism, a conveying mechanism, an air suction mechanism and a motor.
