The invention relates to high-stability foam for foam concrete and a preparation method of the high-stability foam. The high-stability foam comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 2-8% of wet-milled nano stone powder, 0.7-1% of a foaming agent, 0.3-0.5% of a thickening agent and the balance of water. Compared with common foam, the high-stability foam provided by the invention has the advantages that the distance drop can be increased by 20-51.1 mm, the bleeding rate can be reduced by 43.9-81.5%, the instability of foam concrete can be effectively solved, and collapse of the foam concrete during construction is reduced.
本发明涉及一种泡沫混凝土用高稳定性泡沫及其制备方法,所述高稳定性泡沫原料组分及质量百分比为:湿磨纳米石粉2‑8%,发泡剂0.7‑1%,增稠剂0.3‑0.5%,余量为水。本发明提供的高稳定性泡沫相较于普通泡沫降距可提高20‑51.1mm,泌水率可减少43.9‑81.5%,可以有效解决泡沫混凝土的不稳定性,减少泡沫混凝土在施工时发生的塌陷。
