The invention discloses an underwater manhole waterproof sealing cover plate structure and a construction method thereof. The underwater manhole waterproof sealing cover plate structure comprises channel steel buried in a concrete beam on the periphery of a manhole, the manhole is covered with a waterproof cover plate buckled with a channel steel table opening, a containing chamber is defined by the edge of the waterproof cover plate and the channel steel table opening, and the waterproof cover plate and the channel steel are connected in a fastening mode after a fastener penetrates through the containing chamber; a waterproof concrete cover plate covers the waterproof cover plate, so that the whole cover plate structure forms a waterproof sealing system. Compared with a traditional sealing cover plate, the sealing cover plate is simple in structure, convenient to construct and good in durability, and the defects that a common sealing cover plate needs to be maintained frequently and cannot bear water flow force and pulsating pressure generated by flood washing are overcome; meanwhile, the sealing cover plate is of a concrete profile steel structure, concrete provides protection for profile steel, the profile steel provides support for the concrete, and the combined structure of the concrete and the profile steel is good in resistance effect, high in safety and capable of being buried underwater for a long time.
本发明公开了一种水下检修孔防水密封盖板结构及其施工方法，包括埋置于检修孔周边混凝土梁中的槽钢，所述检修孔上覆盖与所述槽钢台口相扣合的防水盖板，所述防水盖板边沿与所述槽钢台口之间合围形成容置室，并通过紧固件贯穿容置室后将所述防水盖板与所述槽钢紧固连接；在所述防水盖板上方覆盖有防水混凝土盖板，使整个盖板结构形成防水密封体系。与传统的密封盖板相比，此密封盖板结构简单、施工方便、耐久性好、弥补了普通密封盖板需要经常性维护，无法承受洪水冲刷产生的水流力和脉动压力的缺点。与此同时该密封盖板为混凝土型钢结构，混凝土为型钢提供防护，型钢为混凝土提供支撑，两者结合结构抗力效果好，安全性高，可长期埋置于水下。
