The invention discloses a building anti-seepage treatment method. A bottom layer, an anti-seepage bonding layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially formed on the surface of a building; during coating of the anti-seepage bonding layer and the waterproof layer, coating of each layer needs to be conducted three times, the thickness of each time does not exceed 1 mm, and after coating is conducted for one time, natural air drying is conducted, and then secondary coating is conducted; during secondary coating, the layers are wetted by clear water, the coating directions of the two adjacent layers of coating are vertically intersected, the waterproof layer and the anti-seepage bonding layer can be uniformly coated by limiting the specific coating modes of the waterproof layer and the anti-seepage bonding layer so that the required effect can be achieved, wherein the coating modes of the two adjacent layers are vertically intersected, the coating can be uniformly coated, and the effect to be achieved by the functional layer is ensured; and each layer is wetted by clear water before being coated so that the bonding force between the layers can be improved, and meanwhile, the coating can be uniformly coated to achieve the required effect.
一种建筑物防渗处理方法,在建筑物表面顺序形成底层、防渗粘结层和防水层;防渗粘结层和防水层涂布时,各层涂料需涂布三次,每次厚度不超过1mm,涂料一次涂布后,需自然风干后再进行二次涂布;二次涂布时,先用清水润湿,且相邻两层涂料的涂刷方向应垂直相交,通过限定防水层和防渗粘结层的具体涂布方式,保证防水层和防渗粘结层可均匀涂布,以达到其所要达到的效果,其中,相邻两层的涂刷方式垂直相交,可以使涂料均与涂覆,保证该功能层所要达到的效果;每层涂布之前采用清水湿润,可以提高层与层之间的粘结力,同时也可使涂料均匀涂覆,以达到所要达到的效果。
