The invention discloses a rainproof ventilation device for a prefabricated board room and a construction method thereof. The rainproof ventilation device comprises a rainproof ventilation assembly and a noise reduction and purification assembly, wherein the noise reduction and purification assembly is arranged on one end of the rainproof ventilation assembly, a rainproof end cover is arranged on the air inlet end of a ventilation barrel through a clamping piece, ventilation holes are formed in arc-shaped plates on the side wall of the rainproof end cover, and the rainproof end cover is connected with a motor transmission shaft through the matching of a transmission wheel, a transmission belt, a driven wheel and a connecting rod. A motor is started so as to drive the rainproof end cover to rotate in rainy days, air enters the ventilation barrel from the ventilation holes between the arc-shaped plates and is conveyed into the board room after being filtered and purified by a purification end cover at the tail of an installation barrel, and rainwater is thrown away by means of centrifugal force generated when the arc-shaped plates rotates, so that the condition that the rainwater enters the ventilation barrel from the ventilation holes is avoided, and indoor rainproof ventilation is guaranteed.
