The adjustable fabricated building wall comprises an outer wall plate, an inner wall plate and an adjusting piece, wherein the adjusting piece comprises a first sleeve, a second sleeve and a connecting screw rod; outer threads are formed at the left end and the right end of the connecting screw rod, and the thread rotating directions of the outer threads at the two ends are opposite; the first sleeve and the second sleeve which correspond left and right are connected and fixed through the connecting screw rod; the outer wall plate comprises an outer decoration layer, an outer damp-proof layer, an outer fireproof layer, an outer silencing layer and an outer connecting plate layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; and an inner silencing layer and the outer silencing layer are each arranged to be of a hollow structure, and a plurality of hollow sound insulation strips with polygonal sections are arranged in the inner silencing layer and the outer silencing layer at intervals. According to the adjustable fabricated building wall, the distance between the inner wall plate and the outer wall plate can be adjusted according to different scenes, then the construction amount of concrete is conveniently controlled, adjusting is convenient and flexible, and the adjusting precision is high; and in addition, the inner wall plate and the outer wall plate are formed by compounding multiple layers of plates with different functions, and functionality is high.
