The invention discloses a spoke type wave-shaped cable membrane structure roof with a three-dimensional outer ring truss. An upper pressed outer ring, a lower pressed outer ring and a modeling outer convex ring are connected through diagonal web members to form the three-dimensional ring truss; a pulled inner ring cable is connected with the upper pressed outer ring through an upper radial cable, and the pulled inner ring cable is connected with the lower pressed outer ring through a lower radial cable to form the spoke type wave-shaped roof; the three-dimensional ring truss can reduce radial compression deformation of the roof and is attractive in modeling; a closed force transmission path is formed, so that the prestress loss of the upper radial cable and the lower radial cable is reduced; and the whole cable membrane structure roof fully exerts the mechanical efficiency of various materials, and perfect combination of the shape and efficiency is achieved. The structure is good in anti-seismic property and low in self weight and has wide applicability in large public buildings such as stadiums and football fields.
