The invention provides a hidden type rotating stair. The hidden type rotating stair comprises a plurality of rotating stair units, a forward driving main shaft, a reverse driving main shaft, a fixed stair unit and a driving device, wherein the rotating stair units comprise the forward rotating stair units and the reverse rotating stair units; a plurality of forward rotating stair units are installed above the fixed stair unit; a plurality of reverse rotating stair units are installed below the fixed stair unit; and the fixed stair unit is provided with the driving device and a manual device. When the hidden type rotating stair is closed, the hidden type rotating stair is a multi-layer storage cabinet, when the hidden type rotating stair is rotated and unfolded, the hidden type rotating stair is a rotating stair, the space occupied by an original stair is released, a large amount of building cost and land resources can be saved, and meanwhile the hidden type rotating stair can be unfolded and closed through the manual device during power failure.
