The invention relates to a pipeline hole shockproof structure. The pipeline hole shockproof structure comprises a steel cylinder, a pipeline and an elastic buffer, wherein the steel cylinder is circular; the pipeline is circular, and is used for accommodating a pipeline; an annular cavity is formed between the steel cylinder and the pipeline; and the elastic buffer for absorbing vibration is arranged in the annular cavity. In order to prevent stress concentration of a pipeline hole, on the one hand, prestress is applied to the pipeline to reduce strain; and on the other hand, the stress concentration caused by vibration is structurally reduced through a spring column. The stress concentration phenomenon is relieved through self-stress Portland cement concrete, so that the concrete cracking condition caused by the stress concentration is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及管道孔防震结构,包括:钢筒,钢筒为圆形;管道;管道为圆形,其内用于容纳管线;以及弹性缓冲器,钢筒和管道之间形成圆环形腔室,圆环形腔室内具有用于吸收震动的弹性缓冲器。本发明为了防止管道孔产生应力集中,一方面对管道施加预应力,减少应变;另一方面通过弹簧柱在结构上减少震动引起的应力集中。并通过采用自应力硅酸盐水泥混凝土来缓解应力集中现象,有效降低了因应力集中造成的混凝土开裂情况。
