The small area repairing and reinforcing device comprises a base, wherein through holes are formed in the two sides of the base, and nail bodies are slidably arranged in the through holes; the base further comprises four sets of slideways; vertical rods are slidably arranged on the outer sides of the slideways; sliding rods are further mounted on the vertical rods; the sliding rods are slidably arranged in the vertical rods, and a reinforcing plate is fixedly arranged at the top ends of the sliding rods; a supporting plate A is rotatably arranged on the front side of the top of the reinforcing plate through a hydraulic rod; and a supporting plate B is rotatably arranged on the rear side of the top of the reinforcing plate through a hydraulic rod.
