Near-zero-energy-consumption modular residence and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a near-zero-energy-consumption modular residence. The near-zero-energy-consumption modular residence comprises a living unit, a public unit and an auxiliary unit, wherein the living unit comprises a bedroom, a toilet and a cloakroom; the public unit comprises a living room and a dining room; the auxiliary unit comprises a kitchen, a toilet and a secondary bedroom; and the three units are freely combined according to requirements to form a plurality of residence modes. According to the invention, a near-zero-energy-consumption technology integration system of an assembled module unit is achieved; the system comprises a thermal-bridge free airtight and high-performance external window and enclosure structure and the like; the field construction efficiency is improved through factory production; and the environmental pollution caused by field operation is reduced, and meanwhile, the flexibility and adaptability of a residential building are improved. The near-zero-energy-consumption modular residence also comprises a solar photovoltaic power generation module unit parallelly arranged on the building roof to provide energy sources for the building, a solar water heating module unit arranged on the building roof, an energy all-in-one machine module unit used as a building cold and heat source, and a sunshade module unit arranged outside the outer window.
