The invention discloses a sector electric folding door. A door column of the sector electric folding door is provided with a U-shaped door plate groove; a plurality of door plates are sequentially arranged in a front-back stacked mode; a door plate mounting shaft is fixedly mounted at the lower end of the door plate groove; all the door plates are mounted on the door plate mounting shaft in a pivoted mode, and linkage pieces are mounted on the back faces of all the door plates; the linkage pieces between every two adjacent door plates are connected in a sliding fit mode; door plate connecting pieces are mounted on the inner wall of the top of the door plate groove; the linkage pieces on the back faces of all the door plates and the door plate connecting pieces are all located on the same arc section with the door plate mounting shaft as the circle center; the linkage pieces are in sliding fit along the track of the arc section; the door plates comprise the door plate at the rearmost end, the door plate in the middle and the door plate at the foremost end; a driven gear is mounted on the plate wall of the door plate at the rearmost end in a fastened mode and is coaxial with the door plate mounting shaft; a gear driving device for driving the driven gear to rotate is mounted on the door column; and the door plates of the sector electric folding door can be opened or closed in a sector folding mode, the door plates are spliced into a square door body when unfolded, and the door plates are hidden in the door plate groove of the door column when folded.
